HOW DOES IT WORK?
- In Your Life, Wherever You Are. Just like doing a 40-day cleanse with the support of a nutrition expert while still going about your day-to-day life, this is a 40-day self-love practice that you get to do with the guidance and inspiration of three of the leading happiness, self-love and inner peace teachers... integrating what you learn immediately into your daily life as we go. The difference is, you don't have to go through food withdraw in the process...chocolate is allowed!
- 40-days / 7 Focuses. We've identified 7 major patterns, beliefs, and blocks that keep women addicted to achieving, unable to slow down, feeling overwhelmed and finding it impossible to keep the happiness, peace and love they work so hard for. Each week -- kicking off with a live tele-call on Tuesday night -- we will focus on one of these areas, giving you insight, wisdom and practical, and daring, tools you can integrate right away. The calls are recorded, and cliff notes taken, so even if you can't make the calls, you can listen later and read the notes the next day.
- Daily Doses of Self-Love. As good as your daily astrology reading or daily candy fix, you'll receive short but powerful e-messages that keep your soul on retreat, even while your body is at work. Always focused on the topic of the week, and always fun (after all , it is summer!)
- Connection with Other Super Women. On the live calls, if you want, you'll be able to talk with us, as well participate in small group conversations with women from around the world. It's just like being in the room with all of us, but you can do it from wherever you are - now that's a retreat! All retreat participants are also given access to the private online Self Love Studio Cafe' where you can interact with Christine, Marci and Kris and with other women.
- Access to it all online, at your leisure. Everything -- the live calls, the 40-day doses of self love, the class notes -- are posted online at the private online Self Love Studio Cafe' so that you can download whenever you want.
Why 40-days?
The yogis, brain scientists and metaphysicans all agree that if you can do anything for 40 days you can change your life, transforming self-sabotaging patterns, behaviors and beliefs into new habits that are actually good for you (ones that create the happiness, peace, love and freedom you work so hard for.)
Like most women of this generation, you have been programmed -- from the inside out -- to run around like an energizer bunny gone mad, functioning like an achievement junkie or doing addict on steroids. It's in your DNA. Doing more downward dogs and finding a new time management system won’t cut it. You need to rewire yourself to be both an achiever and a receiver! And that’s exactly what we will do together over these 40-days.

After each live class, you'll be given access to the audio recordings on our super cool online Self Love Café’, where you can ask questions of Marci, Christine and Kris, talk to your super woman sisters, and listen to recordings over the Web, download the audio files to your computer or Ipod (making the recordings yours forever), keeping you informed and inspired wherever you are, whenever you want.

DAY 1: RECEIVE & ACHIEVE
June 22 - Have you ever stopped to ask yourself what makes you happy? Why do you work so hard? And where did you get this ‘gotta-do-it-all” personality? In this session you’ll kick off a 40-day self-love practice of Receiving (along with your super woman sisters – including Marci – who’s dedicating her summer to this practice.) To get you launched with style and power, you’ll learn about:
- Your personal happiness set point and what really makes you happy.
- Reasons why you push away help, take on the world, can’t stop doing and work so hard.
- How you control the amount of happiness, love and peace you let in (or don’t).
- Easy practices to start receiving more peace, love and happiness right away.
DAY 7: BALANCE, THE HOLY GRAIL
June 29 - The key to balance has nothing to do with holding tree pose, and everything to do with how the feminine and masculine powers inside of you dance (or fight). They key to balance is finding harmony between these powers. The problem is that you’ve been taught to lead with your manpower and discount your feminine power. In this call you’ll learn:
- What feminine super powers (FSP) are and how to activate them.
- How relying on manpower alone causes you to work way harder than necessary.
- How to get your manpower and feminine super powers dancing together, and get your life into a harmony and rhythm that hums.
- How to master the FSP of Invitation and get more serendipity, magic and positive coincidence into your life.
DAY 14: SUPER POWER YOUR WISE AND CALM SELF
July 6 - Your brain is over stimulated daily. You’ve given yourself ADD due to the amount of multi-tasking and info processing you do in a day. No wonder you feel overwhelmed and exhausted, your brain is on overdrive. Alice Walker says “The wisdom is in the pause.” Think of how much wisdom you are leaving on the table by not pausing! With no space, you work harder, not smarter. In this session you will learn:
- Top causes of overwhelm and mind chatter and easy solutions to stop both.
- How to tune your mind to your BFF (your FSP of Intuition), and turn off the rest.
- How to open up your inner channel to deeper, wiser sources of information (the Feminine Super Power of Pause.)
- Why every woman needs a daily practice, and how to create one that doesn’t require you sit on a cushion for an hour a day.
DAY 21: TAKING CARE OF YOU ISN’T ABOUT TIME
July 13 - You want to take care of yourself, you just never seem to have the time. That's the trap. There will never be time for you, unless you create it, and your mind has been programmed to do everything else before it takes care of you. You and your brain need reprogramming. You also need to learn to tap into power sources other than YOU to get your life done. In this session you will learn and hear:
- The bad habits and faulty beliefs that keep you trapped in the “not enough time for me” reality.
- The signals your body gives you before you experience complete meltdown (including why your belly fat and insomnia could be more related to your adrenals than your exercise).
- Real stories from super women who fell because they didn’t listen to the signs, what they learned and now teach other women so they can receive and achieve.
- How to tap into bigger more powerful sources of energy to power your life for you
DAY 28: BUILD YOUR INNER PEACE MUSCLES
July 20 - No one likes to let go of control, but when you realize how much easier life is when you surrender control, you wonder why you fought so hard to keep it. The time to give up control isn’t during the chaos, the key is to build muscles that won’t sweat the small (or big) stuff before the stuff hits the fan. In this session you're going to pump up your Feminine Super Powers to learn:
- The most common things we sweat as women, and how to sweating it.
- To build trust, faith and surrender muscles.
- Why you try so hard to control the world, and the reasons why you don’t have to.
- A mantra with the power to save your life through all stuff, even the big stuff.
DAY 35: STOP THE BIG FAT LIES. START YOUR INNER WISDOM
July 27 - Whether we want to admit it or not, one of the biggest enemies we have lives inside of our heads. Some people call it the inner critic, but we know that she is much more like an Inner Mean Girl. This voice has the ability to do more damage to your ability to receive happiness, peace, and love than almost any force on the planet. On this super-powered session, we will be joined by Amy Ahlers, The Wake Up Call Coach, and you will leave knowing:
- The 5 biggest lies that women tell themselves, and what the truth really is.
- Why self-esteem alone is not enough, and why self-love is.
- A 3-step process that can take you from overwhelm to calm in 3 minutes.
40-DAY SUMMER OF SELF LOVE CELEBRATION
August 3 - Special guests, special bonuses and special surprises. We super woman don’t always take time to celebrate our accomplishments but on this day, we will! And we will celebrate BIG! But we aren’t going to give away all the special surprises now… you’ll have to wait til day 40 (technically day 42), but it will be worth it! |
